Good employees, part time hours.

Cons

Micromanage employees. Not good. Easy job. No need to be told how to do your job

Pros

Starbucks inside, friendly (non management) staff

Cons

I was training people by my literal 4 day there. So obviously - they kind of throw ya right into your role. I was hired as seasonal and I quickly picked up on the fact that they hire EVERYONE as seasonal. Some were never even told they were hired on permanently - they were still seasonal a year later! Why? Hours where unsteady. I once had 12 days off in a row and 4 hours the week after.

Pros

It is a fun, fast-paced environment. You have lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Things can be very rushed sometimes. Management doesn't always seem to care, but for the most part, they do.
