Pros

You get to work with some amazing people. By amazing people I mean people who are not management.

Cons

Management are awful. Pay is horrible. Managers don't want to interact or understand problem solving. Managers are hired with no understanding of how an actually everyday work load is. They come in with unreachable and unattainable goals, and reprimand and fire people at the drop of the hat. A very racist company

Pros

Great place to work, good work life balance. Supportive management that encourages team member development. Challenging work and projects. Great employee benefits like free food, transportation, employee and parental insurance and host of other benefits.

Cons

Need to have some better coordination between teams within the department. Could try different things like job rotation to encourage team members to move across teams.
