There's so much gossip, but if you can live with that then maybe this is not much of a con.
There's really no career or learning path defined, just generic titles and pay grade bumps.
Slow start to becoming agile. It's mostly waterfall with weekly sit downs. There's not many experienced engineers that I've come across that can lead teams.
There's another layoff in January so joining this early is a bad idea. I have heard the word freeze used for months. We literally are just waiting it out. It's a great time to slack though.
You'll hear a lot of meaningless fluffy jargon.
