      Good for high school students to enter the workforce.

      Cons

      Wages are not enough to live off. Liveable wages are only given to managment and full time staff (which accounts for only 10% of the workforce). Promotions are almost always external and only occur when someone leaves. Staff are kept as part time and casual with opportunity for growth.
