Pros
Even in my role as the least experienced team member, I was treated the same as everyone else. My superiors were always respectful and understanding, and as a casual, my managers were very flexible with changing the times that I was rostered.
Cons
In the particular store that I worked at, there were regular technical difficulties (A/C, devices, checkout machines, tills, etc.) but these were attributed to the fact that it was an older store, and nothing to do with those who worked there.
