Pros

As a job right out of school, Target fit my needs well. Since I had an early morning shift I was able to work mornings and interview in the afternoons. Back room doesn't have to deal with customers as often which is a plus.

Cons

Bit of a grind. Constantly doing the same things over and over. Also can be screwed over by previous shift leaving a mess, but that's just the nature of the job.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great coworkers. Could work by myself in the back room.

Cons

Watching food get thrown away when a power outage happened.
