Pros

Easy work, people who shop at Target were usually friendly.

Cons

My TL distributed hours based on favoritism. He was roommates with another TM whom he always gave 40 hours a week while most other people's hours fluctuated, an older guy I worked with said he talked to higher management about it and they told him to keep his mouth shut. Low pay and negligible raises.

Pros

Amazing benefits for part-time workers, including vacation time when you average 20 hours each week. Medical/Dental and 401k for part-time workers.

Cons

You'll end up doing the work of the entire store if you let your managers walk all over you. Once you say yes, they assume they can "count on you". Then when it comes to review time they'll give you next to nothing for all your hard work.
