Pros

The Target community is exceptionally diverse. Target provides all of the resources you need to be set up to work from home. Target offers excellent benefits and provides annual performance-based bonuses, including stock and cash payments. Target's top-tier health insurance and 401 (k) match were my favorite benefits. Target offers several events with intriguing speakers and/or that facilitate a sense of camaraderie across the company.

Cons

Training is very systematic, done through a series of videos and Zoom trainings, and is not personalized based on your learning style. There's minimal opportunity to contribute your thoughts and ideas beyond the established frameworks, which is unfortunate because the company's been going downhill and is in dire need of fresh ideas.
