The pay is good, competitive hiring means most of the coworkers are good people

Cons

Even though I was hired full time, I was given part time hours. Maintaining hours is the hardest part of working for target, because they have all these benefits they dont want to give to their employees. I've worked for two locations, one in VA, and one in AR.
