Pros

You get paid a bit more than minimum wage and they try to work around your schedule. They also usually give you the days off that you ask for, if you ask for them a few weeks in advance. Being a closer basically means you work by yourself in your area which isn't too bad.

Cons

They make you do other tasks than what you are scheduled to do, like flex or push, which takes away from original task which is annoying. Management is a bit hectic sometimes.
