Pros

Good work culture involving inclusivity of minority groups (poc,lgbtq,etc)

Cons

Some departments work way harder in the store than others but the pays generally the same across the board. Your raise is also performance based so if you do poorly in a department that’s more physically demanding you’ll end up making less than people up front who just run out groceries
