The discount is the only good thing

Cons

Corporate does not care about you as a team member. Management will treat u like crap most of the time

Pros

The work isn't bad and in general management was usually pretty good (I worked at three different Targets). I could almost always get time off and management was willing to work with me on it.

Cons

The work could get very boring and management often crumbled under stress. Additionally, Target has started requiring certain trainings that there is no way to get out of even if you have religious objections to them.

I love working for the company meeting different type of people of different cultures uniform kind of cute too love the right t-shirts

Cons

I felt like I wasn't really being noticed for what the work I've done my personal thing
