Pros

Will hire everyone! Upper management not an issue Fun place to work Favoritism

Cons

allow for company policy breaking and doing nothing about it. Does not help employees advance rather shuns and demotes. Was pushed to find something else by target with lowering hours and allowing for comission with card sales on the clock and employees not fired for it
