Pros

*Good job at recognizing employees when you do a good job *Flexible schedule *easy to request time off *Performance Based raises each year *Good team oriented culture, everyone helps out *Fun environment *Decent Pay (Just average-probably only a dollar or two above minimum wage)

Cons

*can be very stressful, (especially during holiday season) *Managers goals and expectations can sometimes be unrealistic *sometimes raises are not distributed evenly or fairly(Favoritism) *hours get cut a lot after Christmas time *No bonuses (other than yearly review, which is nothing special)
