Pros

The team was very nice and easy to work with. Everyone takes breaks at the same time since it is before customers are in the store. Hours are somewhat flexible.

Cons

They constantly try to get you to stay hours past your scheduled time without asking. Works fine if you don't have class or prior arrangements but very unreliable. Very early hours - not for everyone.

Pros

Met some cool people, I had a good time working when I got to chat with my work friends and I met some nice customers while helping them.

Cons

Management was awful. We were constantly expected to push ourselves well beyond reasonable limits. Injuries were not taken seriously, as there were several people who were dehydrated or hit with large boxes repeatedly on any given day. It was not uncommon for people to be cut, receive splinters or have boxes dropped on their feet. I personally was injured several times by higher-ups and was either mocked or shunned for a few weeks after each incident. The worst was when my direct supervisor dropped a pallet of barbeque equipment on my foot, and tried to blame me for it. The supervisor went on paid vacation for two weeks a couple days later. I was unable to walk without immense pain and had to do physical therapy. Working through the worker's comp was like pulling teeth as they tried to get away with not paying me the full amount of my health care costs. Worker's comp was cut off after two weeks and I was told I had to come in or be fired. Since I still couldn't walk I was given a desk chair to kick myself around in and was expected to lift as much as everyone else. I was often called on specifically to work in the hardest positions and lift the heaviest items as well. The supervisor who caused the injury also started telling people that I was faking the injury and there were a few people who believed it and started harassing me. There were plenty of other instances of management being nasty, rude and unreasonable with the entire team, Often times our supervisor would work in a separate, much slower paced environment while telling our team to work faster while we were understaffed. The flow team was also expected to perform customer service due to a lack of dedicated staff. I could write a novel detailing each incident and counting all instances of misconduct, as we had many employees and managers quitting due to the toxicity of the environment,
