Pros

Co-operation and balance between co-workers in all level of work whether it be a slow day or peak day including holidays. Yet still able to help out other departments whether with guests or other departments team members as the job requires to be knowledgeable in all other departments. Not limiting a good communication among the team to tackle on the job time restraints and aiding guests whether theres a team member available on staff in those various departments. As well as level of understanding and assistance with some level of management due to time restraints and goal requirements provided by the system.

Cons

The many inconsistency of staff being shuffled around new or old. Leading to more levels of troubles and scheduling conflicts. Yet still remaining a level of professionism at the same level before if not more. While not all communication seems to be heard until it's too late or on the verge of missing the limit. As well as limiting staff in departments if any while the system still requires to finish the orders at a window of time throughout the day. The same staffs who specializes in their department and their product items are not available or wide gap in scheduling window. Which then leaves one to lose time in search as the device not always most reliable. While still under a time restraints the order must be fulfilled either needs to be accomplished during a short amount of time or within a block of time a certain amount must be met or exceeded.
