Pros

- Good People - Benefits weren't too bad - PTO / Sick Time - Flexible to an extent -Set schedule day wise

Cons

- Alternating Schedule. Shift times vary. every other weekend off, which meant twice a month you worked 6 days in a row, followed by 1 day off, followed by another three days working. Really contributes to burn out - Favoritism was rampant at my location - Too much to do, too little time to do it all - Truly a glorified team member. - A condescending nature is everywhere - Typical retail mindset of "always room for improvement." -Hardly any praise - Mental exhaustion and fatigue are guaranteed. Cannot picture anyone in this position for longer than 1-2 years.
