Coworkers are amazing. Discount on everything is a plus. Work life balance is great. If you’re smart and work hard there’s opportunities for advancement, but be warned...

Cons

Team Lead pay is terrible. I’ve been with the company 9 years, 4 of which I’ve held a Team Lead position. Target has made a commitment to have minimum wage at $15/hour by 2020. Currently, brand new employees make $3 less than I do. You’re better off being a team member, zero management responsibilities.
