Pros

My coworkers were excellent and that’s the only nice thing I have to say about it.

Cons

The work is absolutely grueling. Target is one of the worst retail jobs I’ve ever had. Every week it felt like another responsibility was being given to the service desk— how on earth is it the service desk’s responsibility to do fulfillment’s job of bagging up their drive up orders?!

Pros

Great team and pay. Plenty of opportunities to cross train

Cons

Benefits are tough to get. Oftentimes employees are kept part-time hovering but not benefit eligible
