Great culture, perfect for young 20 somethings, sexy/exciting place to work

Cons

high turnover/burn out in certain positions, lack of diversity, too young of a culture, success is often not based on performance

Pros

Get great management experience fresh out of college. If in HR this is one company where you can be an HR manager directly after undergrad. Put in 2 years and then leave to have a decent resume and you will find something better.

Cons

Work is 60+ hours per week Give your valuable team members and team leaders dismal raises and then question why turnover is so high This company has the same philosophy as Walmart but sadly invests less in their management
