Pros

Great pay, easy labor, good workplace diversity. Promotions come easy. Lots of overtime. There's a level of equality among MOST workers. If you work here, keep a low profile and try your best not to attract attention and it'll be alright. Can't say the same if you want visibility or a promotion, unfortunately.

Cons

Poor work-life balance during high workload seasons. Clique culture on all levels (especially the higher levels of management). Very poor workplace retention due to an unhealthy work environment combined with extremely shady Human Resources practices. Jealousy is rampant among leadership, so unicorns / leaders will inevitably deal with sabotage and / or corruption. Subpar and uncoordinated training. Unprofessional leadership. Because of the untrustworthy Human Resources department, be VERY careful when whistleblowing or reporting serious issues. Document everything.
