Pros

Steady hours Good breaks during the day

Cons

If you have any problems or issues the only resource available to you is a very unreliable, slow website that you can only access from within the store. Management is completely disconnected from its employees, they really know how to make themselves invisible and void of responsibility. This particular Target is entirely ill-equipped. Pay is LAUGHABLE. Pathetically low raises. Little room for moving up significantly, unless you have a good degree and want to apply outside the store. If you're lucky you'll work your way up to a team lead after 5 years and make an enviable salary of 9 bucks an hour :0 It's retail, nobody ever said this is fun.

Pros

The hours weren't awful, I worked 6a-230p, schedule wasn't difficult to keep up with. Every other weekend off, one weekday off. Very steady 40 hrs/week. Management was available but never hovered. Pay wasn't awesome, but it's more than minimum wage.

Cons

Overtime was few, far and in between. As in-stock you can get pulled in a few different directions and get frustrated when they give you too much to do (fill shelves, cover front lanes, research what's out) all at once.

Pros

work usually picks up around november....giving good hours to work with. this is good if looking for a seasonal job.

Cons

work often involves working on the weekend...you can close one night then open the very next day. often if sales are not made... hours are cut for the following week,
