Pros

Pretty reasonable work life balance.

Cons

Practically on a weekly basis you can expect high ranking corporate figures to make an appearance at your store. You're always expected to drop what you're doing and zone the store. Make it look presentable from a glance. Most stores would get terrible ratings if they hire ups decided to do a more thorough look and find out most of the aisles are out of location.

Pros

If you're in a good store with good leadership, it can be great.

Cons

There are stores that are not well-run and focus on the numerical results, rather than the holistic experience of the guest.
