Pros

Discount. Discount. Discount and a few really good people.

Cons

Pretty much all of it. You get trained in every department yet get no compensation for this. The people who do nothing get paid the same as the ones doing the work. No accountability at all. "Management"does nothing but crush peoples spirits and drink Starbucks. No good deed is brought up, only what we didn't get done.

Pros

Good pay and hours. Lots of flexibility in hours.

Cons

Retail isn't normally super fun, and it can be a struggle if you don't have good management.
