fast paced aka time goes by really fast

Cons

high school environment with the ETL's, everyday the ETL's would gossip about the TL's or team members, they would leave early and only have 8 hour shifts if they become good friends with the store director, they do not care about your development with Target, and they will leave you on the waste side to dry
