Company Culture

Pros

Met a lot of great people

Cons

The culture seems to promote inefficiency and incompetence. I once heard the company refered to as the "largest sorority/fraternity in the world" and it all made sense once I started working there.

Pros

You'll never be bored. There's always something new to learn and various career opportunities. My favorite part of Target was being able to positively impact the lives of so many hard working team members. The CEO, Brian Cornell, is someone I truly believe in. He's a great human and an even better leader.

Cons

Only con I can think of is the work schedule. I didn't mind it because my family lived in another state and I don't have kids. I did see a lot of my team struggle with having to work holidays. I would always volunteer for those shifts to let my peers be with their families.
