Flexible hours, diverse workforce, good corporate values, and strong leadership under Kelly Racht (Store Team Leader)

Cons

When I started working at T1076, there were many cons..i.e. lack of employee accountability, inequitable distribution of hours, unprofessional ETLs. The store was consistently in the "red". But over the last 2 1/2 yrs, under the leadership of Ms. Racht, the store has made significant improvements in troubled areas. Ms. Racht holds her leadership team accountable when company policies or best practice is not followed.

Cons

-Sometimes hours aren't freely available, so you'll have to speak up -Hard working, dedicated TMs aren't rewarded for their efforts -Have to show some leadership skills and results to be considered for Team Lead or higher -ETLs have a high school clique mentality, meaning you have to fit in -Decent pay
