Pros

Pay and benefits. If you are lucky enough to have a good STL and ETLs it might be a good place to work..but even then they move them every 18 months

Cons

They give higher level management jobs to 20 somethings they recruit from college instead of promoting from within and they think they know everything. -The current direction of the company. - management changes every 18 months so if you are lucky enough to have a good manager...you won't be for long. -they rollout new programs all the time...the most recent forced stores to mass higher these so called specialists to replace existing teammembers, slashing their hours...most of whom are hardworkers who have worked for the company for many years.. -they are not loyal to their team members
