Pros

I loved this position, shifts would end just before noon leaving you the rest of the day to do whatever you wanted. Coworkers were lovely, most of them, and you got to see what was coming to the store before anybody else. It was always interesting, kept me entertained, and taught me about merchandise. They were SUPER accommodating to my schedule and personal situations, and I felt cared for by managers.

Cons

I've heard managers badger coworkers for not working fast enough when they themselves were standing around doing nothing. I enjoy mornings, but little did I know that taking naps after work would be a necessity, as well as going to bed early. Which, would result in me not ever being able to go out on the weekends. Ended up quitting because Target doesn't support DEI.
