Not all beauty behind the front

Pros

If you like walking 9-13 miles in a shift to get your steps in. If you work over 30 hours week for over a year you would get benefits.

Cons

Staff can be a little toxic working in the back picking. They have RF equipment to identify items but only a couple. Displays change constantly and you search and search to pick. I could not find a clothing article on the floor, it was buried in the back storage. I outperformed during my time there. Colleagues could be difficult.
