Pros

Target pays well and provides one of the best 401K plans in the retail business. Good at recognizing good performance.

Cons

Group leaders are young and inexperienced. Tremendous turnovers in both management and workers. Use of temp workers makes getting a full time job there more difficult.

The pay is good and the health insurance is pretty good. Also the dental insurance is good

Hot in the summer, no room for advancement without a degree, Hard work

Pros

Different shifts available and fantastic pay and benefits, ability to leave Scott free is a bonus when work is slow.

Cons

Expectations are outrageous. One bad day and they're all over you. Consistently raised quotas are never ending.
