Ok company to work for

Pros

Good pay compared to other places, good hours(either 10 or 12 hour shifts)

Cons

Very easy to get fired. Very strict on call outs/being late. Also if you happened to get hurt on the job, they act like we aren’t human and don’t make mistakes so they will blame you fully so they won’t have to help with costs. I hurt sprained my knee & they tried to say I “turned wrong” even though it was something that just happened being on your feet for 12 hour shifts....

Bad management

Pros

If you shop at target, you get a good employee discount. Employees would help if you got behind schedule, especially during holidays.

Cons

Deadlines during the holidays became unrealistic due to poor management of team members and lack of training seasonal employees. The rules and guidelines changed everyday it seemed like depending on how the manager felt that day.
