      Nice to have a corporate location in the northern suburbs.

      Cons

      Management are like bosses and not leaders. Would rather set you up to fail than watch you succeed. Unless of course they are the ones that are going to receive the credit.

      Target is positioning itself for success and I was proud to be an employee Pay and benefits were good Culture of learning and growth

      Cons

      The culture has been tumultuous over the last year and a half There's been a lot of turnover within upper management Though the company has shifted to a learning and growth perspective, the internal training is lacking
