Pros

This job was a decent college job. Somewhat flexible hours and scheduling with a decent base pay.

Cons

Horrible management that insisted on making every day more horrible than the last. They greatly overwork their team members.

Pros

This is the only retailer I've worked with to give you every other weekend off as a manager. For the most part, when you're off the clock you're left alone. During LOD shifts you get to own the business without much interference.

Cons

Too much politics at the store level, reminds me of high school; everyone has their own agenda. Hours can be difficult sometimes when you have multiple closes per week. Sr. Team Leaders close more than any other leadership position in the store.
