Not sure what to put here. I have a great team in my store that makes it relatively easy to handle the "wisdom" that come down from corporate.

Cons

It's a corporation in late-stage capitalism. If you know those words, then enough has been said. If not, I highly suggest you look into their meaning.

Coworkers are great, Flexible scheduling

Cons

No pay increase for a very specialized position that is on par with being a Team Lead Enough work in a day for 1.5 people, and still expected to get it done. No respect from other Team Members for me or my working area. Some of management were very hard to work with.
