      Young and need a short term job? Go for it, but don't expect much.

      It takes A LOT to get fired Young average age Upper management bribe you with treats (Starbucks, candy, etc.) You'll make great friends if you're under 25

      Cons

      Very low intelligence level for hourly team members and team leads Upper management aren't trained well No one is held accountable (which is opposite of what they preach) Terrible communication company and store wide One embarrassing raise a year
