Pros

Most team members are hardworking, friendly, and supportive. Decent benefits and flexible scheduling options (on paper). Opportunities to transfer to other stores within the company are available. Some leaders from other stores offer respectful and helpful interactions when visiting. The job itself can be rewarding when not overshadowed by poor management.

Cons

Store management creates a toxic and disrespectful work culture. Intimidation and fear-based tactics are commonly used to control the team. Discrimination and unequal treatment are clear, especially toward non-native English speakers. Availability and PTO requests are often ignored or denied without a valid reason. Employees are pressured to complete tasks before clocking in, raising serious concerns regarding wages and labor laws. Constructive feedback is not welcome; instead, it leads to retaliation or fewer hours. Morale is at an all-time low; many employees have quit or are seeking transfers. Management lacks professionalism, empathy, and basic leadership skills.
