Pros

All the pros disappeared years ago.

Cons

Store is way out of date. The company is unwilling to re-vamp or re-locate the store. High-stress, unfriendly environment. Lack of stock on high demand items. Sales forcasts are set too high for the actual sale volume. High turn over. Willing to hire anyone even criminals, drug abusers, and unprofessional people. Unwillingness to properly train staff. There is no advancement at this store. Transfers and outside-hires are given higher status than internals. Family members and friends of Executive staff are given special consideration over other staff. Management will not follow proper procedures in to complaints. Feedback is always given in negative form. Unwillingness to cross-train in other areas. Loss preventation team is over aggressive, and always starting rumors to investigate staff. Push cashiers to be overly aggressive to make sure customers apply for credit card. Operation concerns brought up by Team Members are viewed as disgruntled or negative by Executive staff.

Pros

fun to shop there, but hours were hard to come by, so hard to make much money, hard to live off of 15 hours a week

Cons

had to suck up to the supervisor to get more hours, and even then, it was not much, so hard to make a living

Cons

the pay was not much, the raises were very little, micro management, not flexible with schedules and taking time off.
