Pros

The job is pretty self explanatory. It has a nice clean work environment with great technology to aid in daily tasks. When there are enough team members on the floor it is easy to do your job well and get tasks done appropriately. They raised the starting wage to $9 which is a huge plus.

Cons

Upper management is always trying to cut corners which means understaffed shifts on busy days which makes getting your assigned tasks done very difficult. There is lack of training for floor staff who are expected to cover areas they are not trained for. At my store the scheduling manager does a horrible job of rotating weekend staff and you can easily be scheduled to work both saturday and sunday every weekend of every month unless you speak up. Some floor managers do not help ouqt on the floor at all.

Pros

Easy non stressful work, tons of people there for you to ask questions.

Cons

Horrible management. Do not treat employees well and sometimes not even the customers are treated well. The reason I left was because of management

Pros

I love basically all the people I work with, I like that I can be trained to work in different departments, I like that I get paid more than minimum wage on entry and of course the discounts.

Cons

Small amount of hours in January and February, having to deal with rude "guests" occasionally. Also, they really nag you if you don't get at least one Red Card a week.
