Poor management that will never improve due to company culture setting everyone up for failure

Pay Hours Lack of creative freedom Lurking bosses that have to know why your doing something like if something is quicker without my cart I am going to go walk to get it but they throw a fit saying it's a waste of time. Managers also talk down to you and are passive aggressive not realizing you know they aren't being friendly. They talk behind one of my coworkers backs to new employees saying this is how you do it but this associate does it this way don't do what they do or if something goes wrong they assume it's that associate and it's very unprofessional. Corporate is also wayyy out of touch and seem to be on a high horse when they have no idea how the store operates just barks unrealistic orders and cut hours wondering why production is the way it is.
