Pros

- Flexible with school hours - My position had very little oversight; in a way, I got to be my own boss and delegate how I completed my tasks

Cons

- Lack of upwards mobility; not a place to start a career - Frequently and INTENTIONALLY understaffed. They run a skeleton crew - In the Electronics Department, I dealt with scammers constantly.

Pros

It can be fun. Really good flexibility for students in terms of scheduling. Management is pretty decent. Co-workers come and go but for the most part it's a really good environment in terms of co-workers. Also it's a really good first job. Flexible schedule for students and you learn so valuable life lessons a out how a large corporation can be.

Cons

Of course as with any retail job people can be horrificly rude sometimes. That's to be expected. They use an outside company to sale their phones. It seems like this company actively hires the worst humanity has to offer. I'm sorry but it's true. Immature highschool brats who make fun of absolutely everything, or full on people there only to stealing things. It's terrible that Target forces you to work with them. I put that as a con against Target as it's still a problem Target brings. Also recently Target got rid of overnight crew and decided to put them in the daytime. People can't get help. There are boxes all over the place and you as a sales associate have to do double work stocking the isles as well as backstocking and helping guests. So they condensed 3 jobs to one position. And they'll be on top of you for being slow. It's the absolute best example of corporate greed making people's lives needlessly miserable.
