Flow/instocks team is the best at my Target

Pros

I just moved to the instocks team at my Target after having a less-than-satisfactory experience at the front end. I must say, I'm much happier now. Less drama and more actual work. The flow/instocks team leads and the ETL of logistics are super chill. Plus, getting off at a decent time in the day is awesome. And the ETL makes really good coffee in the morning.

Cons

Having to get there at 4 AM. I'm not much of a morning person.

Pros

Flexible. Meet some great people.

Cons

If you're already working for them moving up in the company can be difficult while other people just get hired right off the street with no experience for a higher position.

Pros

Employees are awesome, they were the only reason I stayed there.

Cons

Never move up in the company unless u kiss the managers ass 24/7. I a cashier but was always sent to guest service department and they get paid more than cashiers do. so if i was going to be there i might as well get payed the same as they do instead they sent me back to the register and chose to send someone else there who had only been working for the company 2 months. They dont care about you
