Good management, great scheduling, great coworkers

Cons

Veterans attitudes, overwhelming at times, lack of 'team' at times.

Pros

There was always work to keep me busy, so I rather liked it. Being able to move around the store was also neat, since I hate working on the same thing/in the same place all the time.

Cons

There was a bit more hovering than I like. I get into a zone when I work, and being interrupted ruins my productivity. There was also more work than staff available. Overall, though, no real complaints.

Pros

Full time benefit package is good. 401k, Vacation, Sick time. Fast Fun and Friendly events are fun. Discount is great too. You've got to be good with working with alot of people, diverse people.

Cons

the hours are really hard. 4 or 5 am starts even for salesfloor team members and managers not just flow team members. As well as very late nights. The store closes at 10 but sometimes it's midnight before closers get out of there. Work life balance is very difficult.
