Pros

Very easy job, crappy pay, they don't give promotions/pay increases when the say they are going to, even if your doing different work

Cons

Terrbile pay, nobody does any work. So if you are one that is not a waste then you get stuck doing a lot.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Not a boring 8-5, cubicle/desk job. Interact with a diverse group of people, including guests and team members.

Cons

Some of the busiest days are on holidays, therefore you are always expected to work on those day. Almost impossible to see family out-of-town during those holidays.

Pros

Discount card, direct deposit, close to home. I worked with some great people and made friends with some that I still have contact with.

Cons

Too many tasks added after hiring. Unreasonable work load. TL's, ETL's not on the same page ( I got pulled from one task to another, never being able to finish any of them) The temp in the store was too hot in the summer (this is in Texas)
