Pros

Flexible schedule, better than working in fast food. Though management and HR can be headache at times, it's friendly workplace, with minimum stress (unless you are a team lead.)

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations of the amount of work that can be done during a shift. Favoritism is really obvious, you really have to suck up in order to get a good schedule, or a raise. Guests can be very rude and disgusting at times.

Pros

Great technology, lots of fun people, fast paced, brand recognition, growth company, supporter of community, give back to schools, progressive, and a benefits package that is really good.

Cons

The company is most focused on hiring individuals straight out of college and getting them through a few years and promoting to be Store Team Leaders. A lot of great talent has left Target due to them not valuing workers as they get older or their compensation level is higher.
