Not a lot of hours given especially in January They hire team leaders and ETLS outside of the store They will fire people before they promote you and don't even think about moving up because its not happening. The District Manager will hire people and not give the job to someone who has been there so you team members are training your managers?? Makes no sense Management sits in Starbucks for hours in the morning and does not answer the calls for them on the walkies. When you call for help they don't come most of the time, The activities and stuff like food events they buy stuff for themselves to eat lunch instead of for the team members like they are supposed to. They call you names and treat you like crap if they don't like you.

If your not a suck up it is extremely hard to get promoted. Target doesn't like team members to work there way up to LOD. They like to hire managers from outside of Target. It never has made sense to not prefer to promote from within.
