Pros

Target is a great place to meet all walks of life.

Cons

Cashier's constantly getting yelled at for not getting Red Cards. Sometimes there is nothing they can do, if a guest doesn't want one then they just don't. Instead of it being something that is constantly dangled over cashier's head's as a threat that if they don't get a Red Card they'll be in trouble it should be more of a laid back situation.

Pros

Plenty of hours especially around holidays, you get a discount when you shop there, meet new people, good "starting out" job,

Cons

Working around the holiday season Target can be "a madhouse", they don't give you much of a salary raise, there is not much room for advancement.
