Pros

Very fast paced, very good training, very understanding management, And if your willing to work hard your rewarded with good schedules, advancement and recognition. Realy is a FAST FUN and FRIENDLY place to work.

Cons

Workload is designed so you never complete anything. At my target theres never equipment (carts flats, PDA's, walkes.}. Very often everytime you encounter a different TL or ETL or STL they change your direction, So many employees adopt a just say No to everything(Hurts the teamwork)

Pros

10% off discount. You also get to see what's on major clearance.

Cons

really scattered shifts. Closing one day then from 3- 11:45 another day, it takes up the best of the day. I'll have to work as cashier when i was really hired to be a sales floor team member and i am treated like crap when i don't know how to work the register.
