Pros

Target is a great place to shop so the discount is nice Flexible schedule Co-workers fun place Easy to cross train in other areas

Cons

The discount is only 10 percent Can be difficult to get 40 hours scheduled to you unless you are a lead ETLs are hired right out of college, most don't last ETLs (again) can be cocky b/c they have degrees while team leads have busted their butts for 10 years and are overlooked for promotions. Turn over of part-timers
