      Great Entry Level position that really focuses on developing you as a leader

      Pros

      Very focused on developing you as a leader while giving constant feedback whether good or bad, you know where you stand.

      Cons

      Can't take time off during the fourth quarter and work schedule around holidays is not flexible for time away. Expected to work 10 hours during the week and 8 hours on the weekends. Working every other weekend, while also closing and opening the store.

      Pros

      Great benefits, Great people to work with, Diverse workplace, Good working relationship with United Way, Gives alot back to the community.

      Cons

      Not enough comunnication through out corporation, Hard to promote from within they like to higher right out of college, Senior management not held accountable as much as they should be, More worried about survey scores rather than getting to the root of a problem and finding out why scores are the way they are in the first place
